FALL 200HR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING STARTS IN SEPTEMBER 2025!

I'm excited to personally invite you to join our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program at Embodhi Yoga Studio! If you've been thinking about deepening your practice or starting your journey as a certified yoga teacher, this is your opportunity to do both.

I've designed this program to take you beyond the surface of yoga into its deeper layers. Over the course of 10 weeks, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, meditation, and amazing teaching techniques—all while discovering more about yourself and your practice.

• Foundational Knowledge: We'll cover the history and philosophy of yoga, explore essential anatomy, and teach you how to safely guide your students through a class.
• Personal Growth: You'll deepen your practice, learn to confidently teach a well-rounded class, and discover the powerful connection between mind, body, and breath.
• Practical Teaching Skills: From sequencing and cueing to hands-on adjustments, you'll be equipped with the skills you need to teach with confidence and compassion.
• Business Essentials: We'll also dive into the business of yoga, showing how to create a personal brand, market your classes, and build a successful teaching career.

Upon completion of this program, you'll be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a 200-hour certified teacher, setting you up for a future filled with opportunities in the yoga world!

10 Week Series, starting the week of September 8th -  November 16th.

Sessions will meet 4 nights a week to include Tuesday / Thursday (6PM- 9PM) & Saturday / Sunday (10AM- 4:30PM)

This Teacher Training is designed to offer a unique balance of in-depth learning and flexibility, and allows you to immerse yourself in the practice and philosophy.  A balanced structure that keeps you on track without overwhelming you.

You will need 200 hours of training in order to complete this program.  Dedication and consistency will be required in order to sustain schedule.  While we expect you to be present each class, we understand life happens.  Please make sure to discuss any needed absences in advance with Grace or Co- Lead Teacher.  

Yoga teacher training is also about deepening your own practice and connection to yourself. Over 10 weeks, you'll have the space to explore your personal growth, develop more confidence, and cultivate mindfulness. The process of teaching others naturally leads to profound self-reflection and transformation.
