Our signature flow! This 60 minute class starts with breathing and grounding, followed by creative transitions through various poses. Truly building heat as we go! Stretch and release helps end class, and lastly a lavender towel.
This deep stretch class creates a better sense of balance, connection, and peace of mind. Poses can be held slightly longer in order to challenge the mind, and increase muscle blood flow. Let's restore and rejuvenate.
In Practice + Play, you will test out more advanced yoga poses. Designed to be a playful, interactive practice, we will workshop poses requested by students. Suitable for students with a regular power practice, looking to challenge themselves and play with new poses.
Baptised inspired power flow! 60 minutes hot yoga, engaging core, muscle strengthening and lengthening. This studio fave is a mid-week challenge to power through.
Join us for Throwback Thursday, listening to your favorite 80s, 90's, 2000's hits, flowing through a series of poses. This hot yoga flow with meditation and breathing, warm up, followed by core movements and foundational poses.
Yimosa's anyone?! Every 1st Friday of each month, join us for one hour of vinyasa flow, followed by mimosa's, flavor of your choice! Breathe, stretch, and sip!

2lbs weights are included in class, as you are welcome to bring heavier if you'd like!

75 minute class. Setting the tone for the weekend, we take our time grounding in this meditative yoga class. Finding our breath, allowing us to center beginning of class, in addition to fully absorb Shivasana, utilizing meditation towards the end. Definitely a fave.
Let's reset! Join us 2x monthly on Sunday for restorative yoga. This 60 min class will include breath-work, stretching, and opening. The perfect way to let go of the week, creating space to "just be."
Class includes a mini massage using CBD oil end of class (optional of course.)
