Our Signature Flow, you'll get lost in the rhythm of your own breath and movement. This 60 minute heated class starts with breathing and grounding, followed by challenging and mindfully-designed sequence of poses with a curated playlist. Truly building heat as we go! This practice invites students to explore new ways of moving, offering a challenging yet liberating experience that promotes overall well-being, emotional release, and a deeper connection to the body and mind.
Through a series of carefully sequenced postures, "Practice + Play focuses on building strength, flexibility, and balance, while encouraging a playful attitude that invites you to step out of your comfort zone. Whether you're a a beginner or O.G., this class encourages you to experiment with different variations of poses, discover new edges, and find joy in the process.
This deep stretch class creates a better sense of balance, connection, and peace of mind. Poses can be held slightly longer in order to challenge the mind, and increase muscle blood flow. Let's restore and rejuvenate. Great for beginners, we spend majority of class down on the mat, exploring our breath, and grounding!
Baptised inspired power flow! This practice integrates dynamic vinyasa flow sequences designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. At 60 minutes, this studio fave is a beginning and mid-week challenge to power through.
Yimosa's anyone?! Every 1st Friday of each month, join us for one hour of vinyasa flow, followed by mimosa's, flavor of your choice! Breathe, stretch, and sip!

Let's reset! Join us 2x monthly on Sunday for restorative yoga. This 60 min class will include breath-work, stretching, and opening. The perfect way to let go of the week, creating space to "just be."
Class includes a mini massage using CBD oil end of class (optional of course.)
