Yoga Teacher Training Starts March!!

I'm excited to personally invite you to join our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program at Embodhi Yoga Studio! If you've been thinking about deepening your practice or starting your journey as a certified yoga teacher, this is your opportunity to do both.

I've designed this program to take you beyond the surface of yoga into its deeper layers. Over the course of 8 weeks, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, meditation, and amazing teaching techniques—all while discovering more about yourself and your practice.

• Foundational Knowledge: We'll cover the history and philosophy of yoga, explore essential anatomy, and teach you how to safely guide your students through a class.
• Personal Growth: You'll deepen your practice, learn to confidently teach a well-rounded class, and discover the powerful connection between mind, body, and breath.
• Practical Teaching Skills: From sequencing and cueing to hands-on adjustments, you'll be equipped with the skills you need to teach with confidence and compassion.
• Business Essentials: We'll also dive into the business of yoga, helping you create a personal brand, market your classes, and build a successful teaching career.

Upon completion of this program, you'll be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a 200-hour certified teacher, setting you up for a future filled with opportunities in the yoga world!

8 Week Series, starting the week of March 3rd - May 4th.

Sessions will meet each Tuesday and Thursday night (6pm- 8:30pm), as well as each Saturday and Sunday, both days 10am through 4:30pm.  

This Teacher Training is designed to offer a unique balance of in-depth learning and flexibility, and allows you to immerse yourself in the practice and philosophy.  A balanced structure that keeps you on track without overwhelming you.

Yoga teacher training is also about deepening your own practice and connection to yourself. Over 8 weeks, you'll have the space to explore your personal growth, develop more confidence, and cultivate mindfulness. The process of teaching others naturally leads to profound self-reflection and transformation.
