The Art of Flow is an immersive evening where movement and art unfolded together. We flowed through a meditative yoga practice while amazing local artist Myles created a live painting, transforming Embodhi into a living gallery. We ended the evening with fresh cold-pressed juice shots from Peace of Her by Lou!
