Flow. Sweat. Celebrate. Embodhi Yoga is thrilled to bring back 1st Fridays Happy Hour Yoga, part of the downtown Greensboro monthly celebration. Join us as we connect with the energy of the city, local businesses, and the community around us.

What to expect:

• 45 minutes of flow — kick off your weekend with an energizing all-levels yoga class led by our skilled instructors.
   
• Post-class celebration — stick around to enjoy a yimosa, connect with friends, and toast to the start of the weekend in true Embodhi style.
